Anxiety’s Got Me Like….
We need to let it all out.
So how do you let it out? For me I have a range of things. I blog and I play music a lot.
Let me know in the comment section what you do or get something off your chest !
I’m lucky I’ve never suffered from a panic attack due to my anxiety.
I obviously don’t want to any time soon either.
It seams to be the thing people often mistake anxiety with.
“Oh you have anxiety , so you have panic attacks all the time?”
If I try to explain that I don’t.That I feel on edge all the time . Almost like there is a static electricity that I’m trying to keep down every day.. buy that point I’ve lost them.
How do you explain your anxiety to people? Is if similar to me or do we all have our own explanation personal to us?
